• All bookings are subject to availability. 
• Customers must provide accurate contact and service location information. 
• Appointment confirmations may be sent via email, phone, or text message. 
• Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled service time. 

• Prices are provided based on the information supplied by the customer. 
• Additional charges may apply if actual conditions differ from those disclosed during booking. 
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
• We accept payment methods as listed on our website. 
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law. 

• Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least [24/48] hours' notice. 
• Cancellations made with less than the required notice may incur a cancellation fee. 
• If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout or missed appointment fee may apply. 

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe access to the property. 
• Inform us of any hazards, security systems, pets, or special conditions. 
• Secure valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items before service begins. 
• Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available when required. 

If you are dissatisfied with our cleaning services, you must notify us within [24/48] hours of service completion. We may, at our discretion, return to address the specific areas of concern.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Zubick Cleaning Service LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or deterioration of materials. 
• We are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer. 
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. 

Any claim for property damage must be reported within [24/48] hours of service completion.

We reserve the right to inspect the alleged damage before repairs, replacements, or settlements are considered.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with website operations or security. 
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.
